Abstract
In this paper, we consider a multi-species Lotka-Volterra type competitive system with delays and feedback controls on time scales. A general criteria on the permanence is established and then by constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, sufficient conditions are derived for the existence and uniform asymptotic stability of unique positive almost periodic solution of the system.
